This article explains how to import a dictation in DSS Player for Mac
Files can be imported in to the software, if they are received via email or saved in a different location on the Mac. For this example we will be using email.
- Find the email that contains the file that you would like to import
- Click on the paper clip and click on Save All
- You can change the name of the file if you would like
NOTE: We recommend saving to desktop as it is easier to locate however, it is down to preference
- Click on File > Import File
- Locate the file, select the folder to import then click Open
- The file will appear in the folder ready to play
