1) Execute the attached reg file on both the server side and the client side. This will create the following entries.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Olympus\DSSPlayerPro]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Olympus\DSSPlayerPro\Logging]
"OutputPath"="C:\\Olympus\\LOG"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Olympus\DSSPlayerPro\Logging\TerminalServiceDriver]
"EnableLogging"=dword:00000001
2) After setting the registry, disconnect Terminal Service and reconnect.
3) Launch ODMS and this should open with debug mode displayed in the top left, perform the operation that causes the problem.
4) On both the server-side and the client-side, the TerminalServiceDriver.log file can be found in C:\OLYMPUS\LOG or C:\Users\username\documents\ODMS\logs
5) To stop the log tool you change the following registry entry DWORD from 1 to 0.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Olympus\DSSPlayerPro\Logging\TerminalServiceDriver]
