    1). Dictations Screen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The \u201cDictations\u201d screen displays only information related to the logged in user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Administrator<\/strong>: All Dictation Files in the account will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Author<\/strong>: Only Dictation Files recorded by the Author will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Transcriptionist<\/strong>: Displays only Dictation Files recorded by the assigned Author. If multiple Transcriptionists are assigned for one Author, it will be displayed to all the Transcriptionists that are assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Dictation Files are displayed in pages with 100 items per page. Page information is displayed at the bottom right of the screen in the format of current page\/total pages. Please use the <, > buttons, etc. to switch pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2). Setting display items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Display items can be changed by clicking the [Display Information] button at the top right of the screen and checking the items you want to display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each display item is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Job Number<\/td>This is the number assigned within ODMS Cloud. Numbers are managed for each account.<\/td><\/tr>
    Status<\/td>Displays the progress of transcription work.\u30fbUploaded: <\/strong>The author has uploaded the file, but the transcription process has not started.\u30fbIn Progress:<\/strong> Transcriptionist has started the transcription.\u30fbPending: <\/strong>Transcription work is suspended. Only the currently assigned Transcriptionist can resume.\u30fbFinished:<\/strong> The transcription work has been completed.\u30fbBackup: <\/strong>This file has been backed up by the administrator.<\/td><\/tr>
    Priority<\/td>Priority given to the file. It is managed in two categories: Normal and High.<\/td><\/tr>
    Encryption<\/td>If the Dictation File is encrypted, a lock mark will be displayed.<\/td><\/tr>
    Author ID<\/td>This is the ID of the author who recorded.<\/td><\/tr>
    Worktype ID<\/td>This is the ID for managing each work task<\/td><\/tr>
    File name<\/td>File name<\/td><\/tr>
    File Length<\/td>File length<\/td><\/tr>
    File size<\/td>File size<\/td><\/tr>
    Dictation start date<\/td>Dictation start date<\/td><\/tr>
    Dictation complete date<\/td>Dictation complete date<\/td><\/tr>
    Dictation update date<\/td>Date and time the Dictation was uploaded to the Cloud<\/td><\/tr>
    Transcription start date<\/td>Transcription starts date and time<\/td><\/tr>

    3). Filter Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can filter displayed items by Transcription status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Only files whose status has a check mark are displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The filter items are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Uploaded<\/td>View files as they are uploaded by Author<\/td><\/tr>
    In Progress<\/td>Display files that your Transcriptionist has started transcribing<\/td><\/tr>
    Pending<\/td>Display files whose transcription is temporarily suspended<\/td><\/tr>
    Finished<\/td>Display files that have been transcribed<\/td><\/tr>
