1). Recording View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the operation screen for performing Dictation. To make a new recording, click the [New] button. If you tap the dictation file displayed in the “Pending list” of (3). List View), this screen will start in edit mode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
*1 Priority change button:<\/strong> Switches between High and Low each time you tap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When the background is black, white \u2606 is Priority High.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*2 Recording start\/stop button<\/strong>: Repeats recording\/stop each time the button is clicked<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*3 You can check the transcription work status by displaying the Dictations List on the ODMS Cloud side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*4 You can display a list of registered Worktype ID by tapping here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2). Property View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Displays detailed information for the dictation file. Click the [Edit] button at the top right of the screen to edit the Property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

4). ODMS Cloud View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
5). Setting View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
*1 Edit button<\/strong>: Click the button to change the Priority information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To apply the modified contents, click the [Done] button. You can also cancel editing with the [Cancel] button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a list screen of dictation in the device. Files are filtered and displayed by status. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
*1 Filter selection: Pending<\/strong>: List of files before uploading to ODMS Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outbox<\/strong>: A list of files waiting to be uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sent<\/strong>: List of uploaded files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recycle Bin<\/strong>: List of sent files deleted from the Sent screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*2 File selection: Check to select a file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Checked files will be subject to [Upload Selected Files] or [Delete Selected Files]<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dictation has been completed for files marked with \u3007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dictation Files without the \u3007 indication are files whose recording is paused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*You cannot select a file while recording is paused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*3 Restart Dictation Tap the file to restart Dictation and switch to the recording screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The selected file becomes an unfinished Dictation, and the \u25cbmark disappears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*4 New recording button: Completes the Dictation of the file whose recording is paused and moves to the new recording standby screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4). ODMS Cloud View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can check the transcription status on the smartphone screen of the file list displayed in “Dictations” on the OMDS Cloud side. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
*1 Filter selection: Switch the transcription status filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Downloaded<\/strong>: Displays a list of uploaded files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Progress<\/strong>: Displays a list of files that are being transcribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Transcription Finished<\/strong>: Displays a list of Transcription completed files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*2 Browser start button: Starts the browser and displays the ODMS Cloud Sign in screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5). Setting View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Configure various settings for ODMS Cloud mobile App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
*1 Push to Talk: When Push to Talk is enabled, recording will occur while the [Rec] button is held down and will stop when released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
*2 Keep Sent Items: In 3). List View, when File Upload is completed, the file is moved to “Sent”, but the file can be automatically deleted after a certain period after being moved to the Sent folder.
