3). Notification d'avertissement concernant la capacit\u00e9 d'utilisation du stockage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Si votre capacit\u00e9 de stockage d\u00e9passe 80% de la capacit\u00e9 disponible, un email de notification d'avertissement vous sera envoy\u00e9. Voir la section 8.3.17 pour plus de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Si vous recevez un e-mail d'avertissement, pensez \u00e0 supprimer le(s) fichier(s) de dict\u00e9e qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transcrits et qui sont au statut Termin\u00e9. Le Cloud ODMS permet \u00e9galement la suppression automatique des fichiers de dict\u00e9e. Voir la section 2.10.3 pour plus de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il est \u00e9galement possible d'augmenter la limite de capacit\u00e9 d'utilisation. La capacit\u00e9 de stockage totale disponible pour chaque compte correspond au nombre de licences utilis\u00e9es (y compris les licences avec dates d'expiration) multipli\u00e9 par 5 Go. Cet objectif peut donc \u00eatre obtenu en allouant des licences inutilis\u00e9es aux utilisateurs existants. \u00c0 ce stade, la licence attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 cet utilisateur sera stock\u00e9e sous forme de licence r\u00e9utilisable.
