Des r\u00e8gles peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9finies pour d\u00e9placer les dict\u00e9es termin\u00e9es vers des dossiers sp\u00e9cifiques en fonction de leurs ID d&#039;auteur.<\/p>\n<p>Remarque\u00a0: Si l&#039;auteur a d\u00e9fini l&#039;attribut de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 sur un dossier, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de collecte automatique des dactylographes ne d\u00e9placera pas les dict\u00e9es vers le dossier Termin\u00e9. Activez la fonction de collecte automatique dans le module de dict\u00e9e pour d\u00e9placer les dict\u00e9es termin\u00e9es vers le dossier termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collecte automatique \u00e0 l&#039;aide de r\u00e8gles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez &quot;Utiliser une r\u00e8gle&quot;<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur Ajouter\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Saisissez un ID d&#039;auteur et\/ou un ID de type de travail et s\u00e9lectionnez le dossier de destination.
