Si vous ne savez pas de quel environnement Citrix il s&#039;agit, vous pouvez le v\u00e9rifier en confirmant le syst\u00e8me d&#039;exploitation auquel les utilisateurs se connectent. La politique de redirection USB Citrix ne fonctionnera pas avec le logiciel Olympus dans cet environnement car cela transf\u00e9rera le p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique USB vers la session plut\u00f4t que de mettre en miroir le p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique USB<\/li>\n<li>Si l&#039;utilisateur quitte la session Citrix avant de fermer le logiciel, cela peut ne pas r\u00e9initialiser la redirection USB. Fermez le logiciel ODMS, puis d\u00e9connectez-vous et reconnectez-vous \u00e0 la session Citrix pour vous reconnecter<\/li>\n<li>Si Citrix Receiver\/Workspace a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 jour, cela supprimera les composants Olympus Citrix qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Les pilotes du client Citrix ne sont pas requis dans cet environnement et peuvent provoquer des conflits.
