The license types are as follows:
- One Year License (12 Months)
- Reusable Licenses
- Trial License
1). One Year License (12 Months)
A One Year License is a new license issued by the dealer and added to the customer’s License Inventory. The expiration date is set one year after the date the license was assigned to the Author or Transcriptionist.
2). Reusable Licenses
A Reusable license is a license that was once assigned to an Author/Transcriptionist but has been unassigned when the license is no longer needed for that user. From the pull-down menu when assigning a license, it is displayed as YYYY/MM/DD, and the expiration date set at the time of initial user assignment is displayed. The expiration date of the license does not change even if it is unassigned from a user. If the license is still valid, you can reassign it to a different user.
3). Trial License
For customers who register an account with the ODMS Cloud for the first time, the ODMS Cloud will provide 100 trial licenses with a validity period of 30 days for evaluation purposes. Trial licenses will all the functions of ODMS. All trial licenses, including those that have not been used for evaluation will automatically expire 30 days from the initial registration date.
