The video below demonstrates how to set up document templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Document Template\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dS8Y_NvHTpo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Setting up Document Templates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ensure speech recognition is enabled This will enable the \u201cadd fields to template\u201d button which allows you add fields to the document template<\/li><li>Depending on the field added certain information will be added during the speech recognition process<\/li><li>Add any text that you would like to have in the template as default<\/li><li>Then add the VR start position field \u2013 this will add the spoken text to this position<\/li><li>Apply preferred font and size to the field so that your transcribed text will be output in this font<\/li><li>Save your template as a \u201c.rtf\u201d file Go back to ODMS and enable the document template option by going to \u201ctools\u201d then selecting \u201coptions\u201d and click on \u201cworkflow\u201d Select \u201ctemplate\u201d and enable the option<\/li><li>Click add and specify the author ID and work type if necessary and add the template<\/li><li>Once you are satisfied that the document has been transcribed correctly, click file and finished<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now choose to export your document in your preferred format.
