This functionality is designed to streamline the workflow for dictation and transcription tasks by enabling secure and reliable file transfers between the ODMS components and external servers.<\/p>\n<div id=\"jwts_tab1\" class=\"jwts_tabberlive\"><\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3818\" src=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/auto-collection-r7.gif\" alt=\"auto collection r7\" width=\"1401\" height=\"867\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Auto collection can be set up by going to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tools &gt; Options &gt; Workflow &gt; Auto Collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3825\" src=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-1.png\" alt=\"Autocollection 1\" width=\"896\" height=\"700\" srcset=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-1.png 896w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-1-300x234.png 300w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-1-768x600.png 768w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-1-15x12.png 15w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 896px) 100vw, 896px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>By default the Auto Collection function is already enabled, and set to move finished dictations to the Finished folder. Rules can be set to move finished dictations to specific folders based on their Author IDs.<\/p>\n<p>Note: If the author has set the ownership attribute to a folder, the typists Auto Collection feature will not move the dictations to the Finished folder. Enable the Auto Collection feature in the Dictation Module to move finished dictations to the finished folder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatic Collection using Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3829\" src=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/auto-collection-r7-rules.gif\" alt=\"auto collection r7 rules\" width=\"1401\" height=\"866\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select \u201cUse a rule\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click Add\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Enter an Author ID and\/or Worktype ID and select the destination folder. Any dictations marked as finished, that match the set Author ID and Worktype ID will download to the specified folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3832\" src=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-2.png\" alt=\"Autocollection 2\" width=\"478\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-2.png 478w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-2-300x141.png 300w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Autocollection-2-18x8.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 478px) 100vw, 478px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click OK. The rules will be carried out in the order they are listed.
