This functionality is designed to streamline the workflow for dictation and transcription tasks by enabling secure and reliable file transfers between the ODMS components and external servers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jwts_toggleContent\" style=\"display: none;\">\n<div class=\"jwts_content\">\n<p>Option items provide additional information with the worktype this is typically used with the SC1 barcode scanner or to manually enter in additional information.<\/p>\n<p>Please follow the steps below to setup Option items.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create the Worktype ID<\/li>\n<li>Click Add to open the Option Item Property<\/li>\n<li>Enter a label and select the initial value<\/li>\n<li>Then click OK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone worktype with the option items<\/li>\n<li>Next configure the option item labels this will assign them to the column headers helping you easily identify what the labels when viewing dictations in the software.<\/li>\n<li>Select an item and click modify then enter the label which should correspond with the option items created earlier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
