If the Dragon Profile isn&#8217;t already on the network, then you can also export the profile to the network location. Please note the Dragon Roaming option is only available if the Dragon edition installed supports Dragon Roaming profiles<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- 'Tabs and Sliders' Plugin ends here --><\/p>\n<p><!-- 'Tabs and Sliders' Plugin starts here --><\/p>\n<div class=\"jwts_toggleControlContainer\"><a class=\"jwts_toggleControl jwts_toggleOff\" title=\"Click to open!\" href=\"#\"><br \/>\n<span class=\"jwts_togglePlus\">+<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"jwts_toggleMinus\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"jwts_toggleControlTitle\">Profile Map<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"jwts_toggleControlNotice\">Click to collapse<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jwts_toggleContent\" style=\"display: none;\">\n<div class=\"jwts_content\">\n<p>This is a new feature in the Dictation Module which lets you use multiple Dragon Profiles in the software. \u00a0This is ideal if you speak multiple languages where you would have another Dragon Profile to cater for another language.<\/p>\n<p>Click Add and specify the following details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Author ID<\/strong> &#8211; Select an Author ID to use with the Dragon profile this is required for using the speech recognition features below. The Author ID must be configured first in order for the list of Author ID&#8217;s to appear click <a href=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/en\/odms-r7\/759-configuring-author-ids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> for a guide on adding Author ID&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Username<\/strong> &#8211; Select a Dragon profile to use in the software.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vocabulary<\/strong> &#8211; Select a Vocabulary to use if you have multiple vocabularies in your Dragon profile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dictation Source in Real-time Speech Recognition feature<\/strong> &#8211; Select the appropriate dictation source to use for real-time voice recognition. For example, if you have a RM-4015P recorder then you will need to select USB microphone as the dictation source, if this option isn&#8217;t available then you will need to go to the Dragon software to add a new dictation source.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dictation Source in Background Speech Recognition feature<\/strong> &#8211; Select the appropriate dictation source to use for background voice recognition.
