If you have multiple Author ID&#8217;s then you will need to consider enabling &#8220;Prompt for Job Data&#8221; found in Direct Recording settings in the Workflow tab as per the guide <a href=\"\/kb\/hardware\/desktop-dictation\/837-direct-recording-r7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The ODMS R8\/R7 supports FTP, which allows for efficient file transfer and management within the system.
