Via this feature, you can setup a folder structure to support your specific needs, for more information on creating folder structure click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opdsupport.com\/kb\/software\/odms\/547-folder-structuring\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">&nbsp;2&nbsp;<\/span> <strong>Add Folder:<\/strong> Using this feature, an additional folder can be added into the ODMS software to be used for storage of audio files.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">&nbsp;3&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;<strong>Remove Folder:<\/strong> Using this feature, a folder can be removed\/deleted from the ODMS software. The audio files can also be filtered via Author ID(s), Worktype(s), duration, date created and more, using the \u201cFilter\u201d feature and enabling the renaming of audio files via the \u201cIn-line Edit\u201d feature.<\/p>\n<p>Also, if open, the \u201cProperties Window\u201d will display the details on an audio file or one of the folders within the \u201cDictation Tray\u201d.
