It is recommended that training is completed in full to ensure maximum accuracy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Voice Recognition Modes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Real-time Voice Recognition:<\/strong> This mode is used for recording a dictation and having it transcribed simultaneously by the Dragon Engine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Background Voice Recognition:<\/strong> Files that have been downloaded or imported are transcribed in a queue while the user can continue to use ODMS and other applications on the PC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Voice Recognition Settings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The following settings are available through the Voice Recognition Menu. To access this menu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Click on Tools &gt; Options &gt; Workflow and select Voice Recognition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
