{"id":1667,"date":"2012-05-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-05-15T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/2012\/05\/15\/157-advanced-download\/"},"modified":"2024-04-10T20:56:01","modified_gmt":"2024-04-10T20:56:01","slug":"157-advanced-download","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/en\/odms-r7\/157-advanced-download\/","title":{"rendered":"Advanced Download"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The advanced download feature can be customised so that all dictations are downloaded into a specific folder or they are routed to different folders based on the Author ID or Worktype ID.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to setup the Advanced Download Option<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Tools &gt; Options &gt; Workflow &gt; Advanced Download.<\/li>\n<li>Tick the Download all dictations to&#8230; box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After enabling this, there are two options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specific Folder<\/li>\n<li>Routing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Download to Specific Folder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By enabling this option, all dictations will be downloaded into a specific folder regardless of the device folder it was originally recorded in.<\/p>\n<p>To start configuring this feature:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select Specific folder (this option is selected by default)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3413\" src=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/advanced-download-guide-1.png\" width=\"896\" height=\"695\" alt=\"advanced download guide 1\" srcset=\"https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/advanced-download-guide-1.png 896w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/advanced-download-guide-1-300x233.png 300w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/advanced-download-guide-1-768x596.png 768w, https:\/\/audiosupport.omsystem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/advanced-download-guide-1-15x12.png 15w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 896px) 100vw, 896px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the \u201c\u2026\u201d button<\/li>\n<li>Select a folder. The rules will be carried out in the order they are listed.
