Wenn Sie ein Diktat auf dem Diktierger\u00e4t erstellen, bevor Sie die Autoren-ID festlegen, die mit der in der ODMS-Cloud festgelegten Autoren-ID \u00fcbereinstimmt, wird eine Diktatdatei ohne Autoren-ID (mit Standardwert) in die ODMS-Cloud hochgeladen.     1). Workflow manuell konfigurieren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In der ODMS-Cloud funktioniert der Workflow basierend auf der der Diktatdatei zugewiesenen Autoren-ID. Wenn die Autoren-ID also einen Standardwert hat (Ger\u00e4tename: z. B. DS9100), entspricht sie nicht den Regeln und die Diktatdatei wird ohne Ziel in der Cloud gespeichert. Anhand der Anmeldeinformationen der Desktop-App, die das Diktat an die Cloud weitergeleitet hat, kann jedoch festgestellt werden, dass die Datei zum Konto (Unternehmen) geh\u00f6rt. In diesem Fall kann die Diktatdatei vom Kontoadministrator best\u00e4tigt werden. Bitte lassen Sie Ihren Administrator Dateien \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, deren Autoren-ID der Ger\u00e4tename ist. Wenn Sie Dateien dieses Typs haben, m\u00fcssen Sie sie manuell einem Transkriptionisten zuweisen. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter <Manual Routing><\/a>.
