    Im Einzelnen werden in den Lizenzverwaltungsinformationen die folgenden Informationen angezeigt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Lizenzbestand<\/td>Die Gesamtzahl der verf\u00fcgbaren Lizenzen wird angezeigt. Dazu geh\u00f6ren die Gesamtzahl der \u201eAnzahl der ungenutzten Lizenzen\u201c und der \u201eAnzahl der zur Wiederverwendung verf\u00fcgbaren Lizenzen\u201c.<\/td><\/tr>
    Anzahl ungenutzter Lizenzen<\/td>Zeigt die Anzahl der unbenutzten Lizenzen auf Lager an, f\u00fcr die kein Ablaufdatum festgelegt ist.<\/td><\/tr>
    Anzahl der zur Wiederverwendung verf\u00fcgbaren Lizenzen<\/td>Zeigt die Anzahl wiederverwendbarer Lizenzen an, die derzeit keinen Benutzern zugewiesen sind.<\/td><\/tr>
    Anzahl der zugeteilten Lizenzen<\/td>Zeigt die Anzahl der den Benutzern zugewiesenen Lizenzen an.<\/td><\/tr>
    Anzahl der Lizenzen, die innerhalb von 14 Tagen ablaufen<\/td>Zeigt die Anzahl der Benutzern zugewiesenen Lizenzen an, die innerhalb von 14 Tagen ablaufen.<\/td><\/tr>
    Mangel<\/td>Zeigt den Mangel an Lizenzen an, die f\u00fcr die automatische Zuweisung erforderlich sind.<\/td><\/tr>

    Im Folgenden werden die Details der in den Speicherverwaltungsinformationen angezeigten Informationen aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Speicher verf\u00fcgbar<\/td>Anzeige der verf\u00fcgbaren Speichergr\u00f6\u00dfe\u30fb5 GB f\u00fcr jede Lizenz mit festgelegtem Ablaufdatum verf\u00fcgbar\u30fbDer Speicher wird insgesamt innerhalb des Kontos verwaltet, nicht auf Basis einzelner Benutzer.\u30fbDie Speicherobergrenze ist die insgesamt verf\u00fcgbare Gr\u00f6\u00dfe.<\/td><\/tr>
    Verwendeter Speicherplatz<\/td>Zeigt die aktuell verwendete Speichergr\u00f6\u00dfe an<\/td><\/tr>
    Speicher nicht verf\u00fcgbar (Menge \u00fcberschritten)<\/td>\u30fbWenn die verf\u00fcgbare Kapazit\u00e4t nicht \u00fcberschritten wird, wird ein gr\u00fcner Kreis angezeigt.\u30fbWenn Sie die verf\u00fcgbare Kapazit\u00e4t \u00fcberschreiten und die Warnung weiterhin ignorieren, k\u00f6nnen Sie keine Diktate in die ODMS-Cloud hochladen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird der Kreis rot angezeigt.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    3). Warnmeldung zur Speichernutzungskapazit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Wenn Ihre Speicherkapazit\u00e4t 80% der verf\u00fcgbaren Kapazit\u00e4t \u00fcberschreitet, wird Ihnen eine Warnmeldung per E-Mail zugesandt. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in Abschnitt 8.3.17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Wenn Sie eine Warn-E-Mail erhalten, sollten Sie die Diktatdateien l\u00f6schen, die transkribiert wurden und den Status \u201eAbgeschlossen\u201c aufweisen. Die ODMS Cloud erm\u00f6glicht auch das automatische L\u00f6schen von Diktatdateien. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in Abschnitt 2.10.3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, das Nutzungskapazit\u00e4tslimit zu erh\u00f6hen. Die f\u00fcr jedes Konto verf\u00fcgbare Gesamtspeicherkapazit\u00e4t ist die Anzahl der verwendeten Lizenzen (einschlie\u00dflich Lizenzen mit Ablaufdatum) multipliziert mit 5 GB. Dies kann erreicht werden, indem ungenutzte Lizenzen bestehenden Benutzern zugewiesen werden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird die diesem Benutzer zugewiesene Lizenz als wiederverwendbare Lizenz gespeichert.
