For the purposes of this document, the below list of recorders is supported for this process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DS-9500<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DS-9100<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DS-9000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DS-7000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DS-3500<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DS-5500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The PIN unlock process and the tools used are a secure service. Therefore, these tools will not be published publicly nor sent to the trading partners or end users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedure for DS-9000, DS-9100 and DS-9500:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power on the recorder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the password input screen is displayed, press hold [F2], [F3] and [+] buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the UIN input screen is displayed, enter the UIN code received from the support team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedure for DS-7000, DS-5500 and DS-3500:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power on the target device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the password input screen is displayed, press hold [F1], [F3] and [OK] keys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the UIN input screen is displayed, enter the UIN code retrieving from the support team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Only the recorders that are supported by the current professional audio software can have their PIN codes unlocked.
