Fields are always shown in square brackets on the document template.<\/p>\n<p>There are two types of fields for use with speech recognition:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Custom Field:<\/strong> This is any field that you might add to the template in order to fill it in more quickly e.g. [My Client&#8217;s name] or [Add summary here]. Follow the guide <a href=\"\/kb\/software\/s-r\/775-document-templates-r7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> on associating document templates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ODMS R8\/R7 supports FTP, which allows for efficient file transfer and management within the system.
