Es k\u00f6nnen Regeln festgelegt werden, um fertige Diktate basierend auf ihren Autoren-IDs in bestimmte Ordner zu verschieben.<\/p>\n<p>Hinweis: Wenn der Autor das Eigentumsattribut auf einen Ordner festgelegt hat, verschiebt die automatische Erfassungsfunktion der Schreibkraft die Diktate nicht in den Ordner \u201eFertig gestellt\u201c. Aktivieren Sie die Funktion \u201eAutomatische Sammlung\u201c im Diktatmodul, um fertige Diktate in den Ordner \u201eFertig gestellt\u201c zu verschieben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatische Erfassung anhand von Regeln<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>W\u00e4hlen Sie \u201eRegel verwenden\u201c<\/li>\n<li>Klicken Sie auf Hinzuf\u00fcgen\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Geben Sie eine Autoren-ID und\/oder Arbeitstyp-ID ein und w\u00e4hlen Sie den Zielordner aus.
